Prices
Bleue Vague Flow reserves the right to correct prices. We also reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Items may also be out of stock.

Payment
Bleue Vague Flow accepts payment by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDEAL, Bancontact, MobilePay and ViaBill. Payment will not be deducted from your account until the item is shipped. We reserve the right to make pricing errors and to discontinue certain items.

Legal warranty
You benefit from a 2-year legal warranty (right of complaint) in accordance with European laws on the sale of goods. Our legal warranty covers material and/or manufacturing errors. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded or reduced in price, depending on the situation. The legal warranty does not apply to errors or damage resulting from improper handling of the product/service. You must make your claim within a “reasonable time” after discovering the defect or error. Bleue Vague Flow will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

In the event of a return, complaint or exercise of the right of withdrawal, you must first contact us by e-mail. Returns will not be accepted if sent COD.

Refund
To obtain a refund, please provide your bank details, i.e. your registration number and account number, so that the agreed amount can be transferred. The information can be communicated, without any risk, by e-mail or other electronic means, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used to process the refund itself.

Right of withdrawal
Items purchased in our online store benefit from a 90-day right of withdrawal.
The period is calculated from the day :
- You receive the order.
- You receive the last item in the case of an agreement covering several different items ordered at the same time, but delivered individually or in several deliveries.
- You receive the last batch or part in the case of an agreement to deliver items made up of several batches/parts.
- You receive the first item in the case of a regular delivery of items over a certain period.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
You must notify us of your withdrawal no later than 90 days after purchase and, after withdrawal, you must return the shipment within 90 days. Notification must be made by e-mail. In the notification, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you wish to return the item, you must use the return label sent to you.

You cannot withdraw by simply refusing to receive the item without giving clear prior notice.

Items exempt from the right of withdrawal
The following types of items are not included in the right of withdrawal:
- Items that are made to the consumer's specifications or have an obvious personal touch.
- Sealed items which, for health or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned and whose seal has been broken after delivery.
- Items which, due to their nature, are inextricably mixed with others upon delivery.
- Items with broken seals.
- Non-financial services performed if the provision of the service has commenced with the prior explicit consent of the consumer and his acknowledgement that this will cause him to lose his right of withdrawal.
- Delivery of digital content that is not physically delivered if the order has begun to be honored with the prior explicit consent of the consumer and if he acknowledges that this will cause him to lose his right of withdrawal.
- Newspapers, magazines or periodicals; however, subscription contracts for these publications are excluded.
- Agreements concluded at a public auction.
- Items that deteriorate rapidly or become obsolete.

Returns
The order will be returned without delay, but at the latest within 90 days of exercising your right of withdrawal. You are responsible for all direct return costs. When you return the item, you must pack it properly. You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation with the package. You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery until we have received the return.
We do not accept COD shipments.

Condition of the item on return
You are solely responsible for any deterioration in the value of the item due to handling other than that necessary to determine the nature of the product, its characteristics and operation.

If the item has been tested in addition to what has been described above, you must consider it used. This means that you will receive a partial or no refund of the purchase price if you withdraw your purchase, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time the return is received. To receive a full refund, you must test the item without using it.

Refund payment
If you regret your purchase, we will refund the amount. However, return shipping costs will be deducted.
In the event of depreciation in the value of the item for which you are liable, this amount will be deducted from the purchase price. Refunds will be made using the same method of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed to another method. We will withhold the refund until the item has been returned to us.
