Refund policy

Our prints and posters are made to order through a print-on-demand production service. This means that each item is produced after your order has been confirmed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We accept returns and offer a replacement or refund in the following cases:

  • The item arrived damaged;

  • There was a printing error (incorrect artwork, wrong size, printing defect, etc.);

  • The item received does not match your order.

In these cases, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and provide:

  • A photo of the item;

  • Your order number.

After reviewing your request, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders are automatically sent to production shortly after payment is completed. Therefore, we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been confirmed.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@bleuevagueflow.com. We will do our best to stop production before it begins.

European Union – Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at info@bleuevagueflow.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.

  3. Return the item at your own expense using a tracked shipping service.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
