Basis of processing and purpose
We collect your general contact details, such as your name and address, so that we can provide you with the product or service you have purchased from us. We collect your e-mail address so that we can send you an order confirmation and a delivery confirmation.
When you pay for your product or service, we collect your name, card details and IP address. The information collected to process the payment transaction is only used and saved for payment purposes and to finalize the transaction. Upon payment, some of your data will be transmitted to Shopify and/or QuickPay, including information deemed necessary to complete or support the payment, such as the total purchase amount and invoice information.
If you have given us your consent during the registration process or on our website, we will use your e-mail address to send you a newsletter. You can subscribe or unsubscribe to the newsletter at any time. All newsletters include an unsubscribe link. If the processing of personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
If you do not wish to provide the personal data required to purchase a product, you will unfortunately not be able to purchase products from our website.
Your information (with the exception of your e-mail address if you have consented to its processing for the purpose of receiving offers) will be deleted one year after receipt of the item or service.
We use external companies as service providers to provide our services in the best possible way. These external providers are data controllers and, in some cases, process personal data when they provide their services to us. Our subcontractors only process personal data in accordance with our instructions and the legal requirements applicable to subcontractors.
We have signed a data processing agreement with our subcontractors which constitutes our, and your, guarantee that they will comply with the applicable rules regarding the protection of your personal data.
